EDITING

We have years of editing experience and dozens of projects under our belts- literally.  From infomercials, music videos, shorts, documentaries, art cinema, web content, and viral videos, BrownStar Bound can guarantee videos you and your target audience respect and admire. Our prices are calculated according to the type of client and the total hours necessary to complete the project. VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY

We look to produce stylistic and cinematic videography, whether its a wedding, a performance, a corporate serminar, or a dinner party. We try to walk the line between timeless and ground-breaking during filming. For us, every project is unique, and requires its own style. Bottomline, you're going to get the event on video how you want, and then some. 

We work with standard and high-definition video equipment, lights, and sound recording devices. Our prices are based on the type of event and/or the purpose of the video. As awlays, with work with clients individually to find a convenient price for them and their needs. A shootind day is up to 10 hours, and includes one camera, one camera man, and 2 tapes (2hrs) of footage. For more on our videography prices, click HERE.

EXHIBITION

So you didn't make your film with a huge studio; in this age, that should not be reason enough to relegate your film to the obscurity of private screenings amongst friends. BrownStar Bound has a growing list of businesses and venues around the five boroughs of New York City that are prepared to set up exhibitions for films, videos, and performances. Working with the venue, we ensure a profit for every film/video being screened. The world and the stars deserve to see your work; let us make that happen.

BSB is also prepared to distribute and market your videos. We can place your on the web at full resolution, and exhibit them via the web to our growing list of partner theaters. CONSULTATION

BrownStar Bound is in the business of helping its clients and partners, if only with the knowledge our filmmakers possess. We are prepared to offer advice on equipment, story ideas, photographer's rights, insurance policies, editing software, etc. Our filmmakers were schoolled at the finest film schools in the country, and have a strong understanding of the entire production cycle, from screenwriting all the way to distribution. If you need advise, and we have the knowledge you're looking for, then we've got it to give.

Generally, our fees for consultation are based on a donation; when the consultation is extensive (in depth or time) and the advise is vital to a production with a sufficient budget, we work at a rate of $25/hr at a minimum of one hour per session.

TEACHING/TRAINING

We have degrees in film studies from some of the best schools in the country, including UCLA, NYU, and Columbia University. More importantly, we have years of teaching experience under our belt; from teaching groups to teaching one-on-one, from middle schoolers to high schoolers to undergraduates to retired professionals, from beginnning filmmakers to advanced ones, our teachers work at the pace of their students to ensure creativity and comprehension during the learning process.

Whether its screenwriting, acting, directing, or cinematography, our teachers aim to give our clients the film school experience at after-school prices. Beyond merely teaching traditional aspects of the production cycle, our teachers provide our clients with unique insights and cutting edge techniques that are bound to move our clients beyond mediocrity and towards new visions. Our designers work with you and your company in order to create moving and original brands and logos that will last and grow as your company does.  Our designers have an eye for the art in graphic design, and look to create high quality visually compelling images for your logos, slogans, brochures, websites, and ad campaigns.

ART THERAPY

Our art therapists utilize performance art, fine art, drawing, and moving image art in efforts to help our clients move beyond psychological self-limitations, unresolved trauma, and other forms of mild neurosis. BSB's therapists understand the role of art in reaching into the depths of the psyche, and aim to utilize art and play to catapult our clients star-bound, catapult our patients into new people with new visions of self. With BSB, you get more than someone to talk to; you get the visual media necessary to communicate to your unconscious, so that it might communicate to you.
